2. Our Privacy Principles
Samreet Labs aims to collect or transmit only information necessary for the features provided by each application.
- We do not sell users' personal information.
- Where possible, application data is processed and stored locally on the user's device.
- Cloud-connected features only transmit information needed to provide those features.
- Third-party services may process limited information as described in this policy.
- Users control the information they manually enter, import, create, share or upload through our applications.
3. Information Stored Locally
Some Samreet Labs applications store information only on the user's device using Android application storage or local databases.
Depending on the application, locally stored information may include:
- Application settings and preferences
- Documents and files selected by the user

Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
5. Advertising
Some Samreet Labs applications display advertisements using Google AdMob.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process information including:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a general or approximate location
- Application and advertisement interactions, such as launches, taps or ad interactions
- Diagnostic and performance information
- Device or advertising identifiers, where available
This information may be used by Google for purposes such as advertising, analytics and fraud prevention.
Information transmitted by Google Mobile Ads is handled according to Google's applicable privacy and security practices.
Users may control or reset advertising-related settings using controls provided by Android or their Google account.
6. Device Permissions
Samreet Labs applications may request Android permissions necessary for specific features.
Depending on the application and feature, permissions may include:

Permissions are intended to be used only for the associated application feature.
7. App-Specific Information
ARVI Office is a document and PDF productivity application.
Users may select or create documents, PDFs, photographs, signatures, scans and other files while using the app.
Document processing is primarily performed on the user's device. Generated or edited files may be saved to device storage or shared with another application only when the user chooses to do so.
Camera access may be used for document scanning or image capture.
If advertising is enabled in the installed version, Google AdMob may process the advertising-related information described in Section 5.
ARVI Cells (Android package com.arvi.cell) is a spreadsheet productivity application for creating, opening, viewing, editing, calculating and exporting worksheets.
Users may choose existing Excel (.xlsx) files and images from their device, enter spreadsheet content such as numbers, text and formulas, and generate or share exported spreadsheet, PDF or image files.
Spreadsheet processing, formula calculations, formatting and the core editing features are performed locally on the user's device. The app may keep local drafts, preferences and temporary recovery or undo data to support editing and restoration. These files remain on the device unless the user chooses to export or share them using another application or service. ARVI Cells does not upload spreadsheet documents to Samreet Labs servers as part of these local editing features.
Files explicitly saved or shared outside the application's private storage may remain in locations or services selected by the user. Their handling then depends on the destination application or service.
ARVI Cells uses Google AdMob for advertising, which may include banner, native or interstitial ads. Google's advertising services may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app interactions, and technical diagnostics as described in Section 5. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may be used to obtain or manage advertising consent where required by applicable laws and regional settings.
Locally stored drafts or app data can generally be removed through the app's available deletion controls, where provided, or through Android's clear-app-data and uninstall options. Files separately exported or shared must be managed at their saved location.
ARVI Workspace provides organization, collaboration, messaging and workspace management features.
Depending on the features used, information processed by ARVI Workspace may include:
- Account information such as email address
- User or member name and profile information
- Profile photographs
- Workspace and organization membership
- Join requests and membership status
- Messages and message metadata
- Files and attachments uploaded by users
- Voice messages
- Suggestions and responses
- Form responses
- Acknowledgement and response timestamps
ARVI Workspace may use Firebase services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage to securely provide account, synchronization and cloud features.
Information synchronized through cloud features may be stored on infrastructure operated by Google Firebase.
Users should avoid uploading information they are not authorized to share.
ARVI Print Engine provides printing and printer communication features.
The application may access documents or images selected by the user for printing.
It may also process technical information necessary to discover and communicate with compatible printers, including:
- USB printer connection information
- Printer model or device identifiers
- Local network printer information
- Printer capabilities and connection status
Selected print content and printer information are primarily processed on the user's device for printing purposes.
ARVI MDM Manager is a school meal and administrative record-management tool intended primarily for authorized school staff.
Information entered by a user may include:
- School name and school profile information
- School identifiers such as UDISE information
- Authorized staff or responsible-person information
- Attendance and beneficiary counts
- Daily meal records
- Wheat, rice, milk powder and other stock records
- Ingredient quantities and rates
- Cooking-cost calculations
- Vegetable purchase records
- Expense or ledger information
- Monthly operational reports
- MDM-related bank account or IFSC information when entered by the user
ARVI MDM Manager stores these operational records primarily in a local database on the user's device.
Samreet Labs does not operate a server that receives these locally stored MDM records as part of the current application functionality.
ARVI MDM Manager uses Google AdMob for advertisements. AdMob may process the advertising-related information described in Section 5.
ARVI MDM Manager is an independent productivity tool. It should not be considered an official application of the Government of Rajasthan, Government of India, PM POSHAN, or any government department unless explicitly stated otherwise by the relevant authority.
ARVI Stock Manager (Android package com.arvi.stockmanager) helps mobile phone retailers manage new and second-hand phone inventory, accessories, IMEI-based stock records, reservations, billing, customer carts, sales, staff permissions and reports. Its core shop-management functions are designed to work without a continuous internet connection.
Information Stored on the Device
Information entered into the app may include shop profile details, stock and purchase records, phone IMEI and model details, product barcodes or SKUs, supplier information, sale prices and costs, customer and invoice details, staff accounts and local PIN credentials, sales history, payment method or transaction references, reports and app settings.
This business information is primarily stored in the app's local device database and files. Samreet Labs does not routinely receive or upload the shop's IMEI inventory, customer invoices, local PINs or sales records as part of the app's core offline stock and billing functions. Information the user deliberately exports, backs up or shares may be handled by the destination they select. The app may create local backup files for restoration.
Camera and Scanning
Camera permission may be requested to scan phone IMEI labels, barcodes or other inventory identifiers. Camera images and scanned inventory values are used for the requested scanning and stock-entry functions; the app does not intentionally upload these images or IMEI values to a Samreet Labs server for advertising or profiling. Scanning libraries, where included, may process limited technical information as described below.
Google Owner Sign-In
When an owner chooses Google account sign-in, Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication may process an account identifier (including Firebase user ID), email address, display name, sign-in credentials or tokens and related authentication metadata as needed to verify the owner. Authentication involves Google/Firebase services and requires an internet connection. Local staff PIN access is separate from the owner's online Google account.
Subscriptions and Licensing
The app is being prepared for optional trial and paid subscription access through Google Play Billing. When purchase and licensing functionality is activated, Google Play and Samreet Labs' license-verification service may process purchase tokens, subscription status, product identifiers, owner or shop account identifiers, and verification or entitlement records to activate access, prevent misuse and validate offline entitlements. Payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider rather than by the app's local stock database. These licensing services are not represented here as already active in testing builds where they are disabled.
Technical Data and Third-Party Services
Some included Google or Firebase software components, including authentication and scanning components such as Google ML Kit where used, may process app and device information, installation identifiers, diagnostic or performance information and feature-usage events for operation, security, diagnostics and usage analytics. Such information is handled under the relevant provider's terms and privacy practices. The app does not currently display advertisements or intentionally use the Android advertising ID for ad targeting.
Security and Online Transfers
The app provides separate owner and staff access controls, including PIN and device-supported biometric options. Supported authenticated online services use secure connections provided by their platforms. Local records remain subject to the security of the user's device, backup files and any destination used to share them. No storage or transmission system can guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention and Account Deletion
Offline inventory, customer, billing and staff data generally remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, the app's local data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Separately exported backups and invoices must be managed at their saved locations. Samreet Labs cannot remotely remove records that remain only on a user's device.
To request deletion of an ARVI Stock Manager online owner account and applicable associated cloud records, use the ARVI Stock Manager Account Deletion Request page . Requests may require reasonable identity verification. After verification, applicable account and associated online data should be deleted, except for information required to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or security obligations. Any required retention will be limited to those purposes. A Google Play subscription, if active, may need to be canceled separately in Google Play; deleting an app account does not itself guarantee cancellation of Google Play billing.
For privacy questions or deletion assistance, contact Samreet Labs via the support page.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally Stored Data
Information stored locally generally remains on the device until the user deletes the relevant records, clears the application's data, or uninstalls the application.
Files exported or saved outside the application's private storage may remain on the device after the application is uninstalled and must be deleted separately by the user.
Cloud Data
Applications that provide cloud features may retain information as necessary to provide those features, maintain account integrity, meet security requirements and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Where an application provides a user account, users may request deletion of their account or associated cloud data using the account-deletion method provided in the application or by contacting Samreet Labs.
Third-Party Data
Data handled directly by third-party services such as Google may be retained according to the privacy and retention policies of those providers.
9. Security
Samreet Labs uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by its applications.
Depending on the application, measures may include local Android application storage, authenticated cloud access, security rules and encrypted network connections provided by platform or cloud services.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for securing their own devices, passwords and access credentials.
10. Children
Samreet Labs productivity and administration applications are not designed to intentionally collect personal information directly from children for advertising or profiling purposes.
Applications such as ARVI MDM Manager and ARVI Workspace are intended for authorized adults, staff members, organizations or other responsible users.
Where an authorized user enters information relating to a school or its beneficiaries, that user is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate authority to enter and process that information.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Samreet Labs may update this Privacy Policy when applications gain new features, services or data-processing practices, or when legal or platform requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
When Samreet Labs releases a new application, an app-specific section may be added to this Privacy Policy.
